The Analytics Provide the Following:
Approximate value of producer royalties extrapolated from Spotify analytic data and currently accepted multiples thereof. Often multiples can be as high as 15x which means that a track missing $5,000 in royalties could be worth $75,000 to the estate and an interested party looking to purchase the catalog.
It can determine the missing songs not being accounted for by the rights holder to the producer by doing a deep dive into known online song/track credit databases to generate a full discography and cross-reference with royalty portals.
The program quantifies the missing SoundExchange information and determines the tracks that should be payable.
Services
Create a complete catalog of all producer’s credits eligible for royalty payment. This data will be pulled and cross-referenced from online databases. This includes often overlooked remixes and compilations that are eligible for payment.
We use our proprietary algorithm to analyze Spotify streaming data.
We examine royalty portals (WMG, UMG, Sony, SoundExchange, etc.) and find data mismatches
We will provide report on which tracks are not generating expected income. The producer will receive a general estimate of what the income should be when all tracks are appropriately accounted for.
